1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

2 Member Eligibility

3 Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at hoki74. Creating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any balances and bonuses.

Upon registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and active phone number. This information is used for identity verification (KYC), account security, and withdrawal processing.

• Your account password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

• Failed deposits will be automatically refunded within 24 hours

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Hoki74 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and transparently. Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes for local payment methods, subject to required verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used during deposit
• Identity verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding a certain limit
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed
• Hoki74 reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days for security review purposes

10 hoki74 Limitation of Liability

• Hoki74 is not responsible for betting losses incurred by members
• Temporary technical disruptions caused by maintenance or unforeseen circumstances do not entitle members to compensation

• Hoki74's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount within the 30 days preceding the claim

11 Account Termination and Suspension

You may close your hoki74 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard policy.

Hoki74 also reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:
